Vice President of Design, Ruta Menaghlazi, expressed that incorporating nature and natural elements provides the inspiration behind their designs. People will commonly see the use of organic elements, natural fabrics and artisan handmade objects as part of the team’s designs. This inspiration, combined with a client’s vision and lifestyle, are the key that bring projects to life.
The spread includes images of Theory Design’s and Seagate Development Group’s Oak Hill model at Quail West, Sonoma model at Talis Park, and Genova model at Esplanade Lake Club.
“We are humbled by this honor,” said Chris Hensley, Vice President of Theory Design. “It inspires us to create more beautiful spaces and challenges us to take interior design to higher levels.”
This issue of Design + Decor comes on the cusp of Theory Design’s busiest year since its inception in 2018. With over 40 projects on the agenda, the leading luxury interior design firm is working on residential and remodel designs that will carry it through the next several years. The company is also adding talented team members at every level to meet this growing demand and is even expanding its website to display a versatile portfolio and process for proven success.
