Theory Design, the fastest growing high-end Interior Design firm in SWFL, has been tapped to completely renovate and design the interior for one of the most prestigious addresses in Naples. The Regent at Park Shore is arguably Naples most luxurious high-rise beach front condominium building. Located directly at the end of Park Shore Drive makes its proximity to Venetian Village one of the closest. This allows easy access to fabulous Naples shops and fine dining.

Currently under contract, Unit 4N is entered via a private elevator and spans 7760 sq. ft. under air. An additional 1100 sq. ft. of open-air space on multiple terraces provides areas from which to enjoy the picturesque views over the Gulf of Mexico and Venetian Bay views. Included in the floorplan is 4 bedrooms and 5 baths with floor to ceiling windows. The complete renovation will be executed by Mike Vitte Construction, with a completion date slated for October 2023.

The master designer on this large, multi-stage renovation is Ruta Menaghlazi, Theory Design’s visionary leader and Vice President of Design. Working closely with Menaghlazi is Howard Finkelstein, Sr. Interior Designer with Theory Design. Finkelstein says, “We plan to be moving walls, and will tear down the interior to the studs to create a totally new canvas for a more modernized, clean-lined home with luxurious finishes, quality details, state-of-the-art amenities, and elegant furnishings throughout. I am thrilled to be able to work alongside Ruta on this important project for Theory Design.”
