Theory Design announced it is creating the interior design for all Seagate model and custom homes in the Isola Bella neighborhood at Talis Park. Isola Bella is an exclusive 4.5-acre enclave of the last single-family waterfront homesites in this luxury golf community. This includes Seagate’s furnished Monterey II and Revana models – which are under contract and under construction – and Seagate’s furnished Sonoma model – which is under contract and breaking ground soon. R.G. Designs is featuring architectural design throughout Isola Bella.

While all homesites are sold out or under contract, the Monterey model is still open for viewing Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. For more information or to schedule a private showing, contact Jennifer Lofstrand at 239.238.0030 or JLofstrand@seagatedevelopmentgroup.com.

The two-story Sonoma is 4,012 square feet under air. That accommodates four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, and a three-car garage, along with a casual California coastal concept. This is apparent in the home’s overall tone of spatial awareness and comfort, low-profile furniture, and layers of organic, natural cotton and textured fabrics.

The Sonoma model will feature an outdoor living area with a spa-like atmosphere via gathering, lounging and waterfront views, along with a lower-area firepit. The first floor will include a great room with a vertical wood slat detail that runs up the media wall and across the ceiling. It is hand-stained and hand-cut to match the white oak floors throughout the home. The cantilever island kitchen offers expansive seating, white oak and black cabinetry, a walk-in pantry, black plumbing and black windows that are carried into other areas of the home. A powder bath, a VIP guest suite and a glass wall wine room for one’s favorite collection of reds and whites complete the lower level of the Sonoma. A staircase to the second floor is consistent with the linear features throughout the model. The master suite overlooks the water with a sitting area that opens to a sundeck. The marble clad master bath displays separate vanities, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Two additional guest suites, a loft with a morning bar and a flex space further reflect the clean and bright design of the Sonoma.

The Sonoma model is scheduled for completion in Summer 2022.

The Monterey II model is 4,577 square feet under air over four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, and a three-car garage. It all starts with an entry courtyard, complete with a water feature and finishes that reflect the white/charcoal pavers in the driveway.

Inside, a coastal, modern interior design and intentional industrial elements are presented in an open-concept floor plan that starts at the entry foyer and makes its way into the great room. It includes a custom-designed wood trim feature wall and accompanying large wall with a similar presentation.

The great room is adjacent to a dining area that will comfortably seat 10 people. It includes full access to a wet bar with cabinetry that mimics the European white oak wood flooring in a Bali tone throughout the first floor. Both rooms lead to an outdoor living area, complete with a fireplace and a pool bath – which are below a dark-walnut-tone-stained cedar tongue in groove ceiling – for vacation-inspired relaxation. The island kitchen debuts barstool seating, LED lighting, low cabinets and high windows for contrast.

After exiting the VIP guest suite, the elevator and stairs lead to a second floor that accommodates a master suite with dual walk-in closets, an adjoining flex space, and a gorgeous view of a covered terrace and a pool/sundeck with black aluminum horizontal railings. The master bath features two water closets, two vanities, a freestanding tub and a walk-in shower – all of which complement two guest suites, two powder baths and a morning bar.

The Monterey II model is scheduled for completion in Spring 2022.

The two-story Revana model is 5,582 square feet under air – four bedrooms, four-and-three-half baths, and a two-car garage. With a California coastal, modern interior design, it opens to a two-story entry and grand foyers that lead to a wine room. The island kitchen, great room and dining area open to the outdoor living area with picturesque views of Talis Park as well as a dining area, an island kitchen, a pool bath, and a custom pool and spa. A powder bath and VIP master suite top off the first floor of the Revana.

Upon taking the elevator or stairs to the second floor, one will find a flex space in the rear of the home that includes a wet bar and a powder bath as well as continues to the second half of the outdoor living area. That flex space can be used for fitness, gaming, remote working or anything else that suites one’s lifestyle. The outdoor living area also features a sundeck off the master suite, which includes private water closets, dual vanities, a freestanding tub and a walk-in shower.

With a tone of livable luxury throughout the home, the Revana will encompass a neutral color palette via walnut wide plank flooring, textural furnishings and design accessories. A water feature at the entrance of the home brings this theme of luxury together.

The Revana model is scheduled for completion in Winter 2022.

Theory Design is also creating a design for the Olema model – coming soon to Isola Bella. It will feature an urban retreat concept via a modern, warm and livable tone.

Talis Park is favorably located on Livingston Road – off Immokalee Road – in Naples. It provides ample space for an active lifestyle, premier amenities and a youthfully charming clubhouse. Amenities range from fine dining – with four venue options – to must-see events, a fitness studio and a full-service spa as well as recreational sports. The Talis Park Golf Club presents a nationally renowned course for residents and guests to enjoy in an Italy-inspired environment. Other community features include a Mercedes-Benz Beach Runner – a 12-seat sprinter with service to and from nearby Vanderbilt Beach.

In addition to creating the interiors in Isola Bella at Talis Park, Theory Design has completed the interiors for Seagate’s furnished Genova, Monaco and Santorini models – and is responsible for two custom homes – at Esplanade Lake Club (Fort Myers). Recently, the team completed the interiors for Seagate’s $5-million-plus grand estate model at Quail West (Naples). They are currently designing interiors for Seagate’s furnished Bal Harbour, Beacon and Cape Romano models at Hill Tide Estates (Boca Grande). Additionally, Theory Design’s concept-to-completion portfolio includes a customer home in Fort Myers and renovations from Sanibel to Old Naples.

Theory Design, a Seagate Development Group company, is dedicated to excellence in interior design via new construction and renovations for residential and commercial properties. The licensed and highly experienced team is inspired by nature and organic elements as well as modern but timeless, holistic design. Their goal is to engage with clients and infuse their character and personality into award-winning interiors that surpass client expectations.

Theory Design’s award-winning portfolio includes the Sonoma model in Talis Park’s Isola Bella community, the Streamsong model at Quail West and the Captiva model at Hill Tide Estates.
