Through regal wrought iron gates, over a dramatic bridge, and surrounded by a championship golf course lies a serene enclave most appropriately named Isola Bella. Designated the last neighborhood of new single-family homes in an undeniably luxurious master community, Talis Park, it is the site of 17 Seagate Development Group custom homes – one of which is breaking ground next month that will include an expertly crafted interior by Theory Design. In line with the exclusive enclave’s modern spin on coastal design, the two-story modified Sonoma floor plan will carry calming colors and textures in whites, neutrals, soft muted blues and taupe, products of the holistic vision of Vice President of Design, Ruta Menaghlazi, and Senior Interior Designer, Andrea Folcik, in partnership with the future homeowners.
Surrounded by lush landscaping, taupe and charcoal pavers will line the driveway and walkway – beckoning homeowners and guests to the casual, modern interior beyond dramatic 10-foot black iron and glass entry doors. A soft gray exterior will be complemented by a dark gray flat-tile roof, light gray railings, white windows, and soft black garage doors and Bahama shutters. These materials will perfectly blend a modern approach to classic Florida design for the comfortable luxury that defines Theory Design.
“The grandeur of the home will be so apparent. We’ve only just begun its highly customized interior, which will inspire everyone to kick back and enjoy the true essence of Isola Bella’s splendor and uniqueness,” said Chris Hensley, Vice President of Theory Design.
Andrea is currently working with the clients to create a bright and breezy interior with a variation on coastal design that capitalizes on an incomparable lakefront view.
In addition to the custom home, Theory Design is creating interiors for Seagate Development Group’s model homes at Hill Tide Estates, model and custom homes at Talis Park, custom homes at Esplanade Lake Club and upcoming projects at Quail West.
