Theory Design Completes Interior Design in Santorini Model at Esplanade Lake
Fort Myers Theory Design announced that it has completed the interior design in Seagate Development Group’s Santorini model at Esplanade Lake Club, a 778-acre resort lifestyle community being developed by Taylor Morrison just east of I-75 in Fort Myers. The gated community is positioned on a 700-acre lake. The Santorini model will be open for viewing and purchase this month. In addition to the Santorini model, the completed Genova model is now open for viewing and purchase Monday through Saturday from 10:00 until 5:00 and noon until 5:00 on Sundays. Priced at $3,100,000 furnished, the 3,794 square feet under air Santorini model offers four bedrooms, four and a half baths, an owner’s study that can serve as a club room, and a living area with a huge great room, an island kitchen with counter-height seating, and a dining area designed to accommodate a table for ten. The great room and dining area open to a lakefront outdoor living area with a dining area and outdoor kitchen, a conversation area, a covered patio off the master bedroom, and a pool and spa. An outdoor fireplace and a pool bath are included. The master suite features a sitting area that opens to the covered patio, separate water closets and vanities, walk-in closets, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower. An island modern design style pays homage to Santorini’s stature as Greece’s most beautiful island. The open-concept plan features a living area that includes a grand room, an island kitchen, and a dining area. The plan’s study can be tasked as a formal dining room. The grand room and the dining area have pocketing sliders that open to an outdoor living area that includes a two-sided fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, and conversation and dining areas. The floor plan features four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool bath, and a three-car garage. The master bedroom’s sitting area also opens to the outdoors. The master suite includes walk-in closets and a bath with dual vanities, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower.
The Genova model’s modern interior reflects a world travel style with art, fabrics, rugs, and accessories with global influences. Earthy colors with neutral backgrounds and textured wallcoverings play against natural oak flooring. Modern furnishings are finished with neutral toned fabrics. Multiple windows create a light filled ambiance in the master bedroom while providing lake views. The modern look carries into the master bath where warm-toned wood cabinets combine with marble countertops and stone-like tile flooring and shower walls to create a welcoming ambiance.
Theory Design is also finalizing the interiors for Seagate Development Group’s furnished Beacon and Bal Harbour models now under construction at Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave located on the southern tip of Boca Grande. Priced at $6,500,000 furnished, the three level Beacon model features 4,792 square feet under air on two living levels and two garages and storage areas measuring 3,858 square feet on the ground level. The Beacon model’s exterior finishes will include pure white backgrounds with black Hardy Plank body trim, black shutters, black trim surrounding the windows, an attractive entry door with four windows flanked by vertical accent windows, and a garage door with Shaker style panels finished in black. The home will also feature a standing seam metal roof.
Priced at $7,550,000 with furnishings, the interior design for the Bal Harbour model will convey a relaxing coastal – rustic modern style. The “at the beach” motif will be established by the home’s white windows and trim, a standing seam metal roof, Hardy-Board siding, and white shutters and railings. Inside, linen, white, and soft grey wall tones will be contrasted by grey, navy blue, and pear green accents. The color palette will play against wire brushed white oak hardwood flooring and weathered finishes. The staircase will feature horizontal iron railings, white risers, and treads that match the hardwood flooring. Painted or stained nickel gap and shiplap trim and rustic wood beam ceiling details will be presented in select areas of the home. The cabinetry in the kitchen and baths will be white wood in combination with leathered counter surfaces. The first living level’s outdoor living area will provide a relaxing retreat, complete with an infinity edge pool with a spa and sun shelves.
Theory Design is completing the interiors for Seagate’s Revana and Monterey II models that are under construction in the Isola Bella neighborhood at Talis Park. The Revana model is under contract. A new Sonoma model that will begin construction in late April will also showcase an interior created by Theory Design. Theory Design also created the interiors for Seagate’s completed Sonoma and Monterey models in Isola Bella that have sold.
The two-story 5,582 square feet under air Revana model will feature a clean-lined California Coastal Modern interior design style with a neutral color palette, white oak wide plank flooring, and textural furnishings and design accessories. The look will convey a sense of livable luxury. The model’s spa-like ambiance will be established by an exterior water feature at the front of the home.
Priced at $4,450,000 furnished, the two-story, 4,577 square feet under air Monterey II model will showcase a coastal modern interior design. The stunning exterior body and trim of the Monterey II will be presented in a Repose Grey tone with Caviar Black fascia, flashing, soffits, and gutters with a single-entry door and garage doors done in a stained dark walnut. The home’s Anderson 100 Series windows will feature black interior and exterior casings. The exterior finishes will play against the driveway’s Tri-Circle white/charcoal pavers. The outdoor living and dining areas will include a see-thru fireplace with black trim, a cedar tongue in groove ceiling stained in a dark walnut tone, and a pool bath.
