The Shop Manager will provide full oversight of the Theory Design Home Interior shop in Boca Grande. Providing concierge level of service to everything you do.

INTERIOR DESIGNER CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies and fully understands the client scope of work.
Communicates and works with clients throughout the entire interior design process.
Sources interior finishes, hard and soft furnishings, lighting, and interior details.
Creates and executes design concepts, interior detail drawings and presentation materials.
Reviews finish schedules and keeps organized records of all project details.
Generates complete Interior Design documents based on Theory ID standards.
Coordinates multiple projects simultaneously.
Ensures accurate and timely order placements and ongoing management.
Leader with full oversight of design project installations.
Maintains an overall luxury experience by supporting clients with expertise and courtesy.
Tracks project time daily and completes projects on schedule and within established budgets.
Coordinates with Project Managers & ensures construction needs are met in a timely manner.
Ensures project work is accurately recorded, billable time is documented, and reviews bi-monthly invoices prior to client submission. Invoice review with clients as needed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains a thorough knowledge of market design trends.
Helps manage materials library.
Works in close harmony with contractors and vendors.

Delivery and Pickup: Driving to suppliers and vendors, clients, and other locations to pick up and deliver items as needed.

Ability to drive a truck and assemble furniture as well as hang art pieces, mirrors and other small handyman tasks that may be required.
General office support; trash removal, furniture cleaning, stocking, supply orders etc.

Work closely with Designers’ and Design Assistants.
Procurement of furnishing, fixtures, fabric, wallcoverings and equipment and research on sourcing products for multiple projects.
Heavy phone calls to follow up on orders, shipping, delivery dates, etc.
Preparing purchase orders and entry into Design Manager software
Matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery tickets.
Assist with maintaining client, subcontractor, supplier, and vendor files.
Plan, schedule, and forecast procurement activities
Purchase general and specialized materials as directed by designers, and subcontractor services for construction projects.
Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure the correct materials and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased.
Maintain project files for multiple projects.
Invite estimates, consult with suppliers, and review quotations with design team.
Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards as directed.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.

The Finance Manager directs and supervises the complete accounting system and financial function of the design firm. This includes charges, billing, A/R, cash receipts, collections, A/P, payroll, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and audits. Â

Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Oversight of furnishing purchases.
Oversight of all orders.

REQUIREMENTS
MUST be fluent in Design Manager Software. This is specific to the Interior Design Industry. Resumes without Design Manager experience will not be considered.
